Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Our office is open Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day, which is typically Monday.
Shipping Carrier and Methods
We ship orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Estimated Transit Times (USPS)
Standard: typically 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States. Priority: typically 2 to 3 business days within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer. Transit times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Green Medicine of Wisconsin.
Order Status
For questions about the status of your order or your delivery, please contact us at admin@gmofwi.com or 920-651-3600 during our business hours of Monday through Thursday. If a USPS tracking number is provided for your shipment, you can monitor it at usps.com.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Green Medicine of Wisconsin is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
Shipping Addresses
We ship only to established residential or business addresses. We do not ship to temporary or short-term addresses such as vacation rentals, hotels, or seasonal cottages where the recipient is staying only days or weeks. We can ship to a secondary residence if the recipient maintains that address for several months at a time (for example, snowbirds with an established winter address). If you have a non-standard delivery situation, contact us at admin@gmofwi.com before placing your order so we can confirm we can ship to you.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking or delivery confirmation shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at admin@gmofwi.com within 14 days of the delivery date. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@gmofwi.com within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage and we will help you file a claim with USPS.
International Shipping
Green Medicine of Wisconsin currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Restricted Destinations
Some products may be restricted from shipping to certain states or jurisdictions due to applicable regulations. If a restriction applies to your order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
